I had the day off from work as a janitor today.

I have to say that I was fortunate because of it.

Even though I could have used a few extra dollars that working an extra shift would have brought me, my body needed rest even more.

I went to sleep last night at 9 pm sad and exhausted because I haven’t made any affiliate sales in over a year and a half and woke up at 8 am, ate breakfast and went back to sleep.

I woke up again at 2:30 pm and read for a little while.

Then I checked my crypto bets.

Afterwards I went outside for a while to get some fresh air and sunlight.

After that I continued reading chapter 8 of Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

From my reading I took away that the mind is your greatest asset and that you should invest in developing it.

After I read for 20 minutes I went to buy some Flaming Hot Fries from the supermarket across the street.

I ate them and then drank a coconut water.

About an hour after my snack I ate dinner (black beans and quesadillas with hot sauce).

Then I watched some YouTube.

After about 45 minutes I decided to workout.

I got a deck of cards and started my 380 rep challenge with them.

Basically you assign an exercise to a suit and do the number of reps of the number on the card you draw.

I assigned curls to spades, burpees to hearts, deadlifts to clubs and sit-ups with knee tucks to diamonds.

The goal was to get through the whole deck.

I didn’t.

I got 1/4 of the way through the deck and then I started getting pain in my lower back so I cut the workout short and drank a strawberry Muscle Milk.

Now I am writing this.

After I finish writing this I plan on sharing this post on social media and then making a YouTube video to get back links for this post.

And then later before going to sleep I am going to read Social by Matthew Lieberman for at least 18 minutes and chapters 3 and 4 of the book of Exodus from the Holy Bible.

Shalom.
