Today was my day off and I read Rich Dad Poor Dad & Conspiracy of the Rich by Robert Kiyosaki, Real Estate Investing 101 by Michele Cagan, CPA, The Cognitive- Theoretic Model of the Universe by Christopher M. Langan, Managing Oneself by Peter F. Drucker, Meditations by Marcus Aurelius and Chapters 17 through 20 of Exodus plus Genesis Chapter 1 from the Holy Bible.

From Robert Kiyosaki I learned that you should convert earned income into portfolio and passive income as quickly as possible and that financial intelligence is the key to escape the rat race.

From Real Estate Investing 101 I learned that you should look for a property manager early when you are looking to rent out real estate and to vet them, plus that hard money lenders will look at your credit worthiness but will base the deal on the real estate you plan to purchase itself, so aim to buy the property at a 50 to 70 percent loan to value ratio.

From Chris Langan’s book on the CTMU I learned that the universe has to have observers in order for reality to be a thing.

From Managing Oneself I learned you better play to your strengths.

From Meditations by Marcus Aurelius I learned to respect the man who is doing nature’s bidding.

From Genesis 1 I learned that God first allowed light to be a thing through the sound of His voice and that that means that what he creates comes from information (words) so particles and wave functions exist to form information. Something even black holes can’t destroy.

And furthermore from Exodus I learned to delegate so you don’t wear yourself out when leading large organizations, plus that God really likes to be loved and obeyed (like a parent does).

Yeah so in addition to my reading I was also recuperating from a fall I had after work yesterday.

As a result of the fall I got a sprained ankle, bruised quadricep, and scraped elbow which I am still hurt from so I took some PTO for tomorrow.

At least I still have a life. Thank God for that.
