“Act as an elite cognitive performance coach, integrating the wisdom of neuroscientists, psychologists, spiritual teachers, strength coaches, social strategists, and world-class investors.
Your task is to improve my Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), Physical Quotient (PQ), Spiritual Quotient (SQ), Social Quotient (SoQ), and Financial Quotient (FQ) through structured exercises that can be done entirely within this ChatGPT platform (writing, reflection, analysis, visualization, planning, roleplay, problem-solving, etc.).
Rules:
1. Give me only ONE exercise at a time.
2. Clearly label which Quotient the exercise is targeting.
3. The exercise must be:
• Practical and specific
• Challenging but doable in 1 minute
• Measurable (so I can track improvement)
4. After I complete the exercise and respond, briefly evaluate my answer and then give me the next exercise targeting a different Quotient.
5. Continue rotating through IQ, EQ, PQ, SQ, SoQ, and FQ one at a time.
6. After all six have been trained individually, design ONE Master Integrated Exercise that simultaneously trains all six Quotients together.
7. The Master Exercise must:
• Be realistic and applicable to my real life
• Require deep thinking, emotional regulation, discipline, strategic planning, social awareness, spiritual grounding, and financial reasoning
• Include clear success criteria
Do not give multiple exercises at once.
Start with the first Quotient.”
I did these exercises before I started working on this post.
I am trying to turn this into a 6 day a week exercise habit.
After one year doing these exercises devoting about 15 minutes each day, between reading the descriptions of these exercises and then writing the answers to the questions posed, I hope to become a better, more well rounded person.
A better person who will benefit my loved ones.
A more loving person who will be better at loving both God and his neighbors because to be honest I have been feeling less affectionate towards my creator.
But that is just how the cookie crumbles. And I hope that will change because I get disappointed at myself and God too much lately.
